  1. Props to E. Dennis of stating it live…!! The people who are paying us to burn down our homes and the homes of our neighbours have other homes in other countries, and know their families are safe before they blow the whistle for the ish to hit the fan. If this place is destroyed, it’s us. And if we make a successful transition, that’s on us too. E. Dennis spoke truth… These guys aren’t going to be around long. Most of them will be dead in the next 10 years from old age. So instead of whining they’re never going to die and spending our time looking for season 5 of whatever it is, let’s plan for what happens when they do. Facing the truth, methinks, is what becoming serious is about.

    Apathy is lethal.

  2. Interesting take.Only there will never be class warfare in Kenya. There seems to be a push in civil society to say it will be those who have against those who don’t have.Just like calls for 42 vs 1 in the past that did not work .

Kenyans especially young Kenyans should work to open up the political space if they feel left out . Currently more than 50% of our Mps are under 50 years of age. There is actually no point in attacking the few older MPs like Michuki and others like him who are serving this country.Mr Michuki’s public record speaks for itself. He has served and continues to serve the country well.

My caution to those who may think of instigating class war in Kenya is you will pay the highest price for your actions. In 2007 it was those who were misled who paid the price. In 2012 do not be misled that class war will change your life .

We have very many young and capable leaders today .Many of who share the concerns of young kenyans let us not be fooled

  3. I agree with Muigwithania, Michuki has proved again and
again that he works at whatever responsibility is handed
to him very well. Look at what happened when
Mwakwere took over from him at the Transport Ministry
    - the rules were forgotten, laxity checked in.

I have heard several people say that Kenya needs a
benevolent dictator – perhaps Michuki is the one.
Some of the problems we have need DRASTIC, drastic
overhauling – and if there’s one person who doesn’t seem
to fear ruffling feathers and changing the way things are
    done, it’s him.

On the other hand, I fear all these old guys.

  4. The constitution making process is on Kenyans. Some leaders have put a knife on the things that united us together and we have fallen apart. Our nation is no longer one. But in the midst of this there is great hope that this new generation is gonna cut the ethnic barriers that divide us and create the best society in Kenyan history. Lets note that a revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. We have to make it fall.
